Do all Oceans Have Walls, Bremen, Germany

Note: Smoke machines and light equipment installed in an apartment facing onto the River Weser.  It was supposed to look like a fake fire, at daytime quite realistic and at night rather like a chemical fire. The apartment was burning three times a day at 12:00, 16:00 and 22:00.
